I’ve been serving patients in the hearing healthcare field for the last 30 years. What still impresses me is that hearing aids with all the great features that they already have, they are still getting better every year. There is always a new product out there that may be a better fit for someone who is struggling to hear. I still love the opportunity to help people to change their lives and if it doesn’t work for some reason, then try to figure out why it didn’t. The profession is still hands on and personal, and I for one deem it a great privilege to assist my daughter Nikki in helping Calgary families talk to and listen to each other again.
